Quality Heat Treating Services (QHTS) is a quality provider of field heat treating services. We achieve superior results by consistently delivering safe quality services to our customers. QHTS will provide the highest level of services available in the market with integrity and honesty.

QHTS uses the “electrical resistance” method to conduct various forms of Heat Treating. This is implemented by the use of our Flexible Ceramic Heating Elements, arranged around the weld and heat band areas. The pads are connected in parallel and hooked up to a programmable 6-way power console. This allows the technician to operate the correct heating procedure either manually or automatically. The heating cycle is recorded using a potentiometric strip chart. Charts are provided in accordance with the current edition of ASME, ASTM or other codes or standards, as defined by our customers.
