QISI has been providing Boiler Outage Services to the Fossil Fuel Industry for over 10 years. Our Boiler Service Group services boilers ranging from 5MW through 1300MW for both Sub and Super Critical Boilers of all makes. Our services provide for Fluidized-Bed, HRSG, Industrial and Waste Boilers.

Each inspector has at least 10 years of field experience, multi-disciplinary certifications and current knowledge of the latest technology. Encountering 25 outages per year, it’s QISI policy to return the SAME inspector to boiler sites whenever possible. This promotes consistant, accurate and efficient inspections. QISI also supports boiler repair efforts, resulting in improved reliability and performance.

BOILER OUTAGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

As part of our universal quality service package, we offer a Boiler Outage Management Program that provides electronic inspection tracking, historical record storage and prioritizing capabilities. These services improve customer pre-outage planning and budgeting.

DOCUMENTATION

Daily inspection reports (per area) are issued with photographic evidence. The QISI final report is issued (paper and electronic format) in real time - before our team leaves the site!
